I called 5 or 6 companies, and only BDS and one other contacted me back. BDS was the only company to actually send someone over to get eyes on my problem. How often do you get to say you’re happy after calling a plumber? Steven from BDS came back out for “round 2”. Like most people, I have a list of things that annoy me but I’m willing to tolerate until I find someone dependable & trustworthy to fix them for me. If you’re like me, you really hate using up you PTO days dealing with this stuff, so the list gets longer. At the same time, you don’t want your spouse or adult child to deal with it cause let’s face it not every company sends the most professional people to your home. I can honestly say I would be comfortable sending Steven to my Mom’s house. I know she would be in good hands. As I’ve said before, you get what you pay for. I prefer peace of mind.
