I contacted BDS for an estimate on changing out stems and faucets on my bathtub. Greg came out and did a thorough job - he even went down to the water heater to make sure my water pressure was normal in case that was causing any issues. Greg gave me a prompt estimate, came back the next day to do all of the work and was always responsive. Professional, friendly and taught me more about plumbing than any past plumber has! I had Greg come out for a service call to diagnose an issue I had. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and enthusiastic about his work. Greg went above and beyond in this service call. On a call for just one thing, he must have answered at least 20 different questions I had about my home and looked at my other plumbing fixtures and shut off valves. Greg was very efficient, so this did not take long. He was also thoughtful; he removed his shoes at the door near our shoe rack and he was clean and professional. At the end of the call, Greg and I went outside and he showed me where and how to shut off the main coming from the street. Something every homeowner should know before a crisis occurs. Nobody “wants” to call a plumber. And let’s face it, you never know what to expect. Steven texted and gave me a 30 minute notice before he arrived (time to put the dog up).Then he took the time to not just answer my questions, but also went the extra length to explain things to me.He gave me the price. Admittedly I choked a bit, but he doesn’t set the prices, and they were competitive.I asked when he would be able to do the work, expecting him to say a few days. Nope, he said I’m ready now if you are. That was a surprise!I spent a few minutes making sure he had what he needed, then I went back in the other room and went back to WFH. I checked on him a time or two over the next few hours. He worked non-stop.Honestly, I have nothing to complain about. In today’s world, that says a lot.Just a reminder, you get what you pay for. One of the time a tech came out to diagnose an issue in the yard without charging a fee stating he was nearby on another job already. Most recently Brent came out to fix a vanity leak. He didn’t have the necessary part to finish the job but promptly returned the next day to complete the repair. He didn’t charge us extra for the two trips. I had some pretty major issues upon buying a new home that had previously been renovated and updated. The plumbing was a disaster from the first week. Our main sewer line backed up. How the actual home inspector missed all this stuff is beyond me. Brent, Greg and team showed up very promptly. They kept the cost in mind and did a very cost effective approach instead of jacking up my floor and finding the bad pipe and eliminated it and replaced with new pipe. After living in the home we started to the smell of swamp gas. After farther review we had to get all of our drains trapped properly. I advise you anytime you buy a property pay a Licensed plumber to take a look as this has turned into a nightmare that could of been prevented. I learned my lesson. I would recommend BDS to any friends or family. I also want to start referring them to my commercial clients as i was so impressed by the professionalism and true passion for their trade.

Brent and his team are top notch! We used BDS Plumbing Solutions to replace all of the plumbing lines in my 3-story townhouse. His team was completely finished in only two days. They arranged a drywall crew to patch the holes shortly after they were complete. Whole project took about 3 days and now you can't even tell work was done. Awesome! About a month later I noticed a small water spot in the ceiling of my kitchen. Brent came out the next day and corrected the problem, with no additional charge.
